Barrenjoey Montessori School offers infant, toddler, preschool and primary programs, providing comprehensive education for children from 0–12 years of age.
Under 3s
Nido & Parent Toddler Program (0–3 years)
Attended by both the parent and child, our Under 3s programs facilitate the child’s urge towards independence and provide ideas for implementing Montessori in the home under the guidance of a trained Montessori director.
CYCLE 1
(3–6 years)
Covering the unique learning period from 3–6 years, our Cycle 1 program provides the foundations for each child to develop towards their full potential.
CYCLE 2 & 3
PRIMARY (6–12 years)
As the child progresses from the concrete to the more abstract learning pathways of Cycle 2 and Cycle 3, our primary program nurtures and supports students as they cultivate intellectual independence and take responsibility and ownership of their learning.
